Born in New Orleans in 1958, Maurice began his real estate career in 1984 with Latter & Blum Realtors, Inc. He started his own company in 1987 and enjoys real estate management to date. Currently, Maurice manages approximately 260 residents at 49 different locations in the New Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany Parish areas. His real estate education includes Certified Commercial Management 101, GRI (Graduate Of The Realtors Institute), Residential Management 101 & 102, Investment Financing, and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) 101 and 102.
Maurice is a well know mover and shaker with diverse interests in sales and property management, he aims to provide the highest level of service simply because "only satisfied customers come back and tell other potential customers"
