Born in New Orleans in 1958, Maurice began his real estate career in 1984 with Latter & Blum Realtors, Inc. He started his own company in 1987 and enjoys property management and sales to date. Currently, Maurice manages approximately 260 residents at 89 different locations in the New Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany Parish areas.
Dawn is our Office Manager, she brings 4 years experience in Property Management. She also has over 20 years experience in management & customer service. Over 10 years in accounts receivable & payable along with accounting as a whole. She is also maintains many other computer skills. Dawn runs our office and handles all accounting.
Anthony has been with our company for over 12 years and has proven to be a trusted, valuable employee. As General Manager and Real Estate Agent, Anthony knows every property inside and out. He has the knowledge and ability to maintain many facets of the company. Anthony is proof that hard work and dedication pays off.
Kitty graduated from the University of Loyola with a degree in communications. She has been in the real estate business since 2003, as an agent, landlord and property manager. With a friendly smile and a positive mind she will work diligently to find you the home of your dreams.
Lauren is the newest member of our office staff, but she has definitely made a lasting impression. She joins our staff with many talents: 20 years of customer service experience, 15 years management experience, 10 years of accounts receivable experience and a wide array of computer skills. With attention to detail and a great mind, she was a puzzle piece that was an easy fit.
Scott brings a multifaceted amount of experience to the company. 18 years of restaurant equipment repair and commercial property maintenance. He is also well-versed in carpentry, plumbing & electrical (reading electrical schematics & diagnosing problems). He has also spent 10 years as a Service Manager/Technician at a reputable car dealership.
