Born in New Orleans in 1958, Maurice began his real estate career in 1984 with Latter & Blum Realtors, Inc. He started his own company in 1987 and enjoys property management and sales to date. Currently, Maurice manages approximately 260 residents at 89 different locations in the New Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany Parish areas.

Dawn is our Office Manager, she brings 4 years experience in Property Management. She also has over 20 years experience in management & customer service. Over 10 years in accounts receivable & payable along with  accounting as a whole. She is also maintains many other computer skills. Dawn runs our office and handles all accounting.

He is also well-versed in carpentry, plumbing & electrical (reading electrical schematics & diagnosing problems). He has also spent 10 years as a Service Manager/Technician at a reputable car dealership.
